Halloween Night

It's Halloween so be aware
There's Witches, Goblins, and Ghosts out there
And if you like sweets the pillage is great
Just be sure you don't start too late

For Trick or Treat ain't for the faint of heart
And the earlier the better I think to start
So put on your costumes in style
For this time of year won't be back for a while

Tell your tales and spook your foes
Pass out your candy to those so an so's
Bring out the black lights and dry ice galore
And just you wait for what lies in store

It's orange and green and the color black
It's buying the sweets by the pack
It's pumpkins, and kids, and lots of weird
It's all kinds of stuff that should be feared

So find a kid to hang with-if you need an excuse
And get out there tonight and be of some use
Whether you trick or whether you treat
Today is day meant to be full of sweet

So forget about cavities, being too old, or weight
Today is great day to celebrate
Beware of what's coming for it draws near
It's Halloween night so bring on the fear
