when my heart is open it seems to bleed life's perfect glimpses
into a blur of emotion
when closed it seems to bring even life's slightest imperfections
into crisp view

tell me where I can I find the right size for my heart

i wonder if how open or closed your heart is
determines the picture that others see of you
if you could go back and change the picture
would you have to adjust your heart

To Escape

if only i could stop wanting
long enought to accept
if you could ever know
how much for you i've wept

then maybe i could move on
but the question is where
is there a place i can escape
that i won't find you there

Declare God's plan
People will listen
